St. Joseph’s Farm is a unique educational experience in Western North Carolina where students learn traditional husbandry, craft, and culture. Our focus is on restoring the idea of a village through building productive households and helping men & families regain sanity and reconnect with reality in a world of artificiality. We offer a range of programs & experiences that cater to both families and men. Our instructors are experienced homesteaders, small business owners and educators who are eager to share their knowledge and passion.
Man, unlike the angels and the beasts, can have his hands in the soil and his mind in heaven. It often happens in that order.

Located in the foot hills of Western North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, St. Joseph's Farm is a small collection of homesteads, working farms and small businesses in a farming community known as "Green Creek" near Columbus, NC.
